免蒸加气砖打破了传统格局

免蒸加气砖

砖是建筑中必不可少的基础材料，几千年来人类一直沿用的都是粘土烧制的秦砖汉瓦，但是自从我国出台禁止使用粘土烧砖以来，意味着一个巨大的“非土砖”市场立即显现，这是一座人人皆知的金矿，无数商家投入巨资抢占市场。市场上不断涌现出像免烧砖、多孔砖、空心砌块等一系列的新型墙体材料，五花八门，功能各异，然而这些新墙材在实际应用中存在容重偏大、保温隔热性能不好等弊端，其节能效果远未达到建设部提出的建筑节能须达到50%的标准要求。
免蒸加气砖，主要利用粉煤灰、炉渣、砂子等废弃资源经创新工艺生产而成，具有容重小(能浮于水面)，保温、隔热、节能、隔音效果优良，可加工性好等特点，完全满足建设部提出的建筑节能须达到50%的标准要求；生产工艺简便，投资小（仅为蒸压加气块投资的1/10），打破了蒸压加气块生产工艺复杂及高投资门槛（仅设备投资需数百万元）的传统格局。
