免蒸养加气块设备模具注意事项

加气块模具基本分为模框和模底，在模具的使用中要定期进行清理特别是残留在角处的混凝土渣如不及时清理会使得脱模时拉坏胚体。定期检查模框紧固件螺母杠杆有无缺润滑油的情况要及时添加润滑油保持局部清洁。额外在进行模框涂油时时间上要把握好，往往是时间在浇注前一小时涂油为正常时间。也可自己打磨模具使得模具平面光滑生产出来的加气块会比较平滑，模框的密封条注意检查有无变形或损坏有的话立即更换否则出现漏浆现象。
